The Staff Development Councils were created in 1996 to provide school personnel the opportunity to share ideas/comments about training from their individual schools or facilities. Schools/facilities are asked to select representatives for the councils.   There are five councils: classified, elementary teachers, secondary teachers, elementary administrators, and secondary administrators.  Feedback from council members has proved to be invaluable.
